I can’t believe it’s already month 3 of the self portrait project I started with a group of friends. March is a really busy month for because both my husband and my son’s birthday’s are this month.  I also had a grand plan for a shoot that would reveal a surprise, but it didn’t end up working out for this month.  Instead I pushed that plan to next month and went with a photo from our dinner last night. We went out with family for my husband’s birthday and I had my mom take this picture of us and posted it on Instagram.  Right now I am doing a 365 project on Instagram and it’s going well. I haven’t missed a day yet!

It’s time once again for the self portrait project I started with a group of friends.  I have to tell you that this has not been an easy project.  I find myself thinking of different ideas, but waiting until the last minute to actually shoot.  Despite my procrastination, I am very much in love with this image.  My girl does this thing where she places her hands on my cheeks.  She does it for comfort.  She does it when we cuddle.  She does it so we can rub noses.  Now it’s captured forever. I know this image will be one I treasure when she’s grown.
