It was so good to see this sweet family again. I can’t believe it’s been 8 months since their little guy was just a tiny newborn. Thank you all for braving the mosquito’s. It was definitely worth it, don’t you think?

When this mom of 5 contacted me for a family session, I have to admit that I was a little nervous. I do not usually agree to shoot large groups, but decided I needed to try it at least once. Five well-behaved, adorable kids and two laid back parents later, I am happy to say that this session was one of the most fun I’ve ever done. This family couldn’t have been more perfect. I am so glad I ventured out of my comfort zone. Thanks Bishop Smyk family for a fun afternoon. Hope you enjoyed your dinner and ice cream.![]()

What a gorgeous family. I love the beautiful light. I would be thrilled with family pictures like this.
After seeing several tutorials on Pinterest, I finally decided to give it a whirl. It was a fun and easy project to do with the kids, and I was very happy with the results. I followed this tutorial by Joyfolie, adjusting it to my liking. Enjoy!
